How fast will a mechanic arrive?
Our average response time is under 15 minutes in major metropolitan areas. You can track your provider's exact ETA on the live map as soon as you accept the quote.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is calculated dynamically based on the service required, distance, and real-time availability. You will ALWAYS see the final, total price before confirming the request. No hidden fees.
Are the mechanics qualified?
Yes. Every provider on the CHAMP network must pass a strict background check, hold relevant ASE certifications (or equivalent), and maintain a minimum 4.5/5 star rating from our users.
What if the mechanic can't fix my car on-site?
If the diagnostic reveals that the car requires a shop lift or heavy machinery, the mechanic will request a flatbed tow directly through the app at a discounted rate to transport your vehicle to a partnered garage.
